Our Process

By collaborating with various local and state non-profits and government bodies, we aim to effectively address the needs of our community.
Application And Screening Process
Unlike many providers with strict checklists, we opt for a more comprehensive approach. Our residents often come to us through shared referrals, frequently from professionals like doctors, nurses, case workers, social workers, or even other clients' families. This method enables our skilled team to grasp the unique requirements of each resident, leading to more informed decisions.
Our Care
All of our residential care homes are specifically designed to provide housing and related services for each particular demographic. Because of that, our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties.

Our Team specializes in providing housing for the following target demographics
Veteran and Returning Veteran Housing
Our Veteran and VA housing offers shared living accommodations for Veterans. Collaborating with the VA and all branches of the military – Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines – we ensure that our servicemen receive high-quality and secure housing upon their return home.
Elderly and Senior Housing
We also provide housing for the elderly and seniors. Many seniors these days are on fixed incomes and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a shared living environment. We have properties that are specifically designed and managed for elders and seniors on fixed incomes.
Transitional and Sober Living Housing
